Fed OKs revised capital plan from Morgan Stanley

Morgan Stanley's revised capital plan for 2016 was not objected to by the Federal Reserve Board on March 2.

The company was asked in June 2016 to submit an additional capital plan to address "certain qualitative deficiencies in its capital planning process" after the board's 2016 Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review, the Federal Reserve Board said.
