Capital: Hunt For Yield: Better earnings, dividend outlook for UOL Group on improving domestic property demand

UOL Group is poised to benefit from a stabilising residential property market here and has a decent yield to boot. Based on its closing price of $6.54 on March 1, the stock is trading at a comfortable discount to its revalued net asset value of $9.95. It has announced a first and final dividend of 15 cents for FY2016, despite a drop in earnings for the period. That implies a yield of 2.3%.
