Brothers buy downtown Saratoga building for $2.2 million

The three brothers who have operated Saratoga City Tavern since 2006 have purchased the four-story building where the bar is located for $2.2 million.

Jason, Patrick and Adam Fitch bought the Caroline Street building in downtown Saratoga Springs, New York, from Leslie DiCarlo, owner of The Springwater Bed & Breakfast. The deal closed Feb. 24, and the sale was not public until a deed was recorded with the Saratoga County clerk's office March 6.
