British Land makes benefits equal for new parents
Mar 7, 2017 - The Daily Telegraph (London)

BRITISH LAND is to give equal benefits to its staff who have children, under changes to its parental leave conditions which will increase pay for the weeks after a baby is born.

The company will provide parents with equal benefits in terms of pay following the birth or adoption of a child, on top of the existing statutory shared parental leave terms required by law.

Shared parental leave came into force in April 2015, allowing parents to take up to 52 weeks of paid leave between them
