BCE Inc. (TSX:BCE.PR.R), Canada's 21st largest Communication services company by market cap, has decreased 8.0c (0.4%) from its last trading session of February 03 to close at CAD18.75. Compared with the S&P/TSX 60 Index which fell 2.3 points (0.2%) in the day, the relative price change was -0.2%. The fall was exacerbated by extraordinary volume of 3.7 times the average daily volume of 7,183 preference shares.
