Anything Else, LeBron? Cavaliers Give James the Depth He Coveted

In late January, LeBron James declared that the Cleveland Cavaliers were top-heavy, too reliant on him, guard Kyrie Irving and forward Kevin Love. He challenged team management to act, saying, “I just hope that we’re not satisfied as an organization.”

Judging by the work of General Manager David Griffin over the last month, James’s words resonated. Griffin has assembled perhaps the most complete roster James has ever had to work with.
