A look at SunEdison's FERC-approved proposal to sell 517 MW of wind capacity

FERC on Feb. 22 approved the proposed sale of several wind assets owned by SunEdison Inc. through subsidiary TerraForm Private Holdings to Dutch companies DIF Infrastructure IV Cooperatief UA and DIF Management BV. Because SunEdison Inc. filed for bankruptcy in April 2016, the sale is subject to the approval of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

There are 15 wind assets named in the approved proposal, totaling 517 MW. All the plants but one are in Idaho, the exception being the 298.5-MW Canadian H
