South Korea-based Shinhan Bank has said that it is looking to expand its branches and digitisation measures.
The bank, considered to be the largest commercial bank in the nation, has said that it is planning to pursue aggressive mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and accelerate big data development. Wi Sung-ho, new leader of Shinhan Bank, said, 'We will expand our global operation through M&A and stake investments in some promising markets in Asia.'
